Pricing

Prices are based on orders being shipped at one time to one destination.  Prices are subject to change.  You will always be notified of any changes at time of order.

Shipping

Shipping costs on janitorial supplies and flexible packaging ship out of different locations.  The shipping costs will be calculated separately for each of these two categories.  Local delivery and warehouse pick up is only available for janitorial supplies.  

Janitorial Supplies

Janitorial supplies are ONLY available for New Jersey delivery or pick up from our warehouse.  Orders of janitorial supplies that total over $350 will qualify for free shipping.  All other orders for janitorial supplies will be charged a local delivery fee.

Flexible Packaging

Freight will be prepaid on all stock orders over $750 shipped to one location within the continental United States.  We reserve the right to choose the carrier.  Accessorial charges incurred for services beyond normal delivery may incur additional delivery costs at buyer's expense.  Service deemed beyond normal delivery include, but are not limited to, inside, lift gate or residential common carrier deliveries.  Orders under $750 will be shipped best way at your expense.  Small orders are shipped prepay and bill.  A $1 handling charge will be included on each UPS package.  Truck orders can be shipped prepaid and add, and billed directly to you.  When you specify a carrier, we do not prepay and add, but have the carrier bill you directly.  If you have a better deal with a certain trucker than we do, we encourage you to specify the best routing and billing for you.  These fright terms apply only to stock or bulk orders from this website. Freight terms on shipments of non-stock orders must be settled at the time of quotation and confirmed upon placement of orders.


Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days.  Any item returned without an RMA number will be refused.  We charge a 15% restocking fee for stock items returned for reason other than quality.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Canadian Customers:

For FOB quotes/orders:  Additional charges such as transportation fees, broker fees, and applicable taxes are not included but may apply.

For prepaid quotes/orders:  Additional charges such as broker fees and applicable taxes are not included but may apply.

We have no control over the use of our products and, consequently, assume no liability for loss, damage, or any expense of any kind arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
